• Colors: There is a three (3) color maximum for all invitations, pins, favors, and any other paper product.  Please use the color chart for choosing colors. If you would like any additional colors, please contact for custom quote. 
•  All payments will be processed via PayPal or Money Order. You can pay through PayPal with a major credit/debit card, your bank account, or your PayPal account. All transactions are safe and secure.
• There will be a 30% deposit required for all orders $50 OR MORE to start your order. Final payment is due ONE MONTH before event date OR before items get shipped out to you. All deposits will go towards your final balance and are non-refundable. 
• All orders $50 and UNDER, final payment is due upon start of order and is non-refundable.

Because all of our services are handmade and we want to ensure you get the best and you are satisfied with your order, there is currently a turn around time of 1-2 months (5-8 weeks). Therefore you should begin placing your order at least 3-4 months BEFORE the expected event date. Completion of your order is based upon the client's interaction, and when they reply to email.
